With a 1am licence through from Thursday to Sunday, it would be rude of us not to provide a decent soundtrack. Every week you can find some of Bristol’s finest selectors and knowledgeable music heads gracing our decks with everything from Funk & Boogie to Dub & Reggae, and then there is always the chance of you stumbling into our legendary and sporadic 2-step Sundays…
We have curated a drinkers paradise for your delectation, including 13 draft products and more than 17 bottled beers and ciders (inc an impressive range of non-alc lagers, beers and ales). We truly strive for quality over quantity though, focussing on local brews and a few worldly specials. Ranging from being in the heart of the city to a stone’s throw from Bristol, we regularly feature Bristol Beer Factory, Lost & Grounded, New Bristol Brewery, Arbor Ales, Ashridge, and more.
Having always provided a tidy cocktail selection, the recent year of lockdown and shutdowns has allowed us to become studious and introduce some new and adventurous additions to our menu. Our carefully constructed list offers up classic and contemporary creations which draws from our range of premium spirits and bartender’s knowledge. With an extensive back bar, we don’t think there is a cocktail our staff can’t cater for – and then failing that there is always our infamous Pipedream…
From Monday to Saturday our long-standing residents Smoke & Glaze run the kitchen. These guys have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of the perfect burger, with dishes made fresh from the finest locally sourced, free range produce – from butcher to bun. Expect packed burgers, triple cooked fries, saucy wings & changing monthly specials.
Tucha’s Kitchen has become as synonymous to the Pipe – for years she has provided deliciously hearty Sunday roasts for incredible value. Using locally sourced produce, all roasts come with roast potatoes, roast carrots & parsnips, garlic butter kale, creamy leeks & red cabbage. The choice ranges from all of your meats to vegetarian and vegan options, with cauliflower cheese an optional extra and a lovely rotating dessert menu.
